If you are not completely happy with your subscription, we are here to assist you.


Eaglescom Portal Management – Trial Period Policy


You can try our portal management service for free and your credit card will only be charged after the trial period ends.


Eaglescom Portal Management – Trial Period Cancellation Policy


You can cancel your eaglescom portal management subscription within the trial period and avoid any charges if you did not use the service. You can cancel anytime during the trial for any reason, and you will not incur any cost if you did not use the service during the trial period.


Eaglescom Portal Management – Cancellation Policy


When you cancel a subscription, you only stop future charges associated with your subscription.


Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and therefore, Eaglescom does


not offer partial refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after each paid subscription period ends. You will not get a refund for the current billing period as you will still have the same access and benefits of your subscription until the end of the current billing period.


Your account will be deactivated after your current billing period expires.


Cancellation does not trigger refunds automatically.


Eaglescom Portal Management – Cancellation Policy


If you want to stop using our portal management service before the next billing cycle, we can help you with that.


Your subscription will remain active until you cancel it. To cancel your subscription, you have two options: either complete cancellation web form, or send us an email with the subject line “Cancel my Portal Management Subscription” to  support@eaglescom. Please provide your

company contact details and the reason for canceling in the email. We will send you a confirmation email when your cancellation is done. Please note that Eaglescom is not responsible for any charges if a user fails to cancel their account. It is up to the user to make sure the cancellation is complete.

Eaglescom Portal Management – Refund Policy


We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your portal management subscription  before the billing date. We are here to assist you with that.


Refunds are only available for portal management subscribers who dispute their charges within 2 calendar days of the start of the billing period and have not accessed the service during that period. You can view your billing period status on your account page.


To request a refund within 2 calendar days of your billing period, please send an email to support@eaglescom.com with the subject line: “Refund Request” and include the following:


– Reason

– Your Business name and Account email


We will evaluate refund requests based on service usage


Billing Process


When you subscribe to any of our management plans, you will be charged every calendar month (Monthly Plan) from the date of subscription.

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it. Eaglescom is not liable for ongoing subscriptions if a user forgets to cancel their account. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the cancellation.
